Rates do not include tax.
Weekly rates include maximum number of people.
Each additional person is $10.00 per person per day.
Each visitor is $5.00 per day.

June 26 through Sept 4, 2009 available cottages are
rented only by the week, Saturday through Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm and check
out time is no later than 9:30am.

Returning guests have first option of dates when reserved with deposit by February 1st.

A $125.00 deposit per unit is required.
Deposits are NOT refundable.

There is a 2 night min.on all rentals. 3 night min. for holiday weekend rentals. (Excludes 4th of July)
Before June 26th and after September 6th 2010 - MIN. of 1 week advance reservation required
The Nightly and Weekly OFF SEASON rate (1 thru 8) is based on double occupancy and a 2-night minimum stay. Each additional guest is $10.00 per  night
